WATCH: Arcade Fire Cover 'Beverly Hills Cop' Theme [VIDEO]

Fresh off their recent rendition of Jane's Addiction's "Been Caught Stealing," Indy rockers Arcade Fire delighted the crowd with another (yet unusual) cover ... Harold Faltmeyer's "Axel F" –– yes, the theme from Beverly Hills Cop.

The cover kicked off their encore set at the group's Saturday night show at the Forum in Los Angeles –– the latter of a two-night stint at the venue. The night before (Friday, Aug 1), they performed their version of not only the Jane's Addiction tune, but also Guns N' Roses' famed "Welcome To The Jungle."

While the Beverly Hills Cop theme was a tiny rendition, it appeared to excite fans (not that they needed it) well enough before jumping into their oh, so popular "Normal Person."

To introduce the song, frontman Win Butler joked with the audience, stating, "It was actually written bout Axl Rose, people don't often realize that.
