Not more than five days after she teased her fans for a comeback, Britney Spears is getting cold feet on returning to music.
In a lengthy Instagram post she shared yesterday, the pop star said that there had been "so much wasted time" people had spent to embarrass" and "humiliate" her.
She goes on saying that people have no idea about the "awful" things people had done to her personally. Spears also mentioned that because of what she has been through, she is now "scared of people and the business".
The 40-year old popstar candidly says that "not doing" her music anymore is her way of "saying f*ck you" in a sense when it actually benefits her family. She thought she had "subconsciously" let her family win because of the conservatorship.
