Adele is rumored to be spending a whopping $58 million for Sylvester Stallone's opulent Beverly Hills mansion.

Adele finished the year 2021 with a bang, thanks to the tremendous success of her new "30" studio album. Now, the artist is making significant real estate investments in the Los Angeles region in preparation for the year 2022.

This includes the purchase of Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Park residence in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, Adele was able to get this house for a remarkably low price, both in terms of her own and the market's expectations.

Sources say that the "Easy On Me" Hitmaker literally bought the house down for $58 million only, despite being listed for $80 million and $110 million on February 2021.

"The house that Rocky built", as others would like to call it, was bought in the 90s. A source even described the purchase as "an outright steal", as it was purchased at a meager price. To better put it, the singer bagged a $52 million discount from the original $110 million listing.

The mansion is currently one of the largest estates in Beverly Park, sitting on 3.6-level acres with jetliner views of the the Los Angeles skyline.

The "Make You Feel My Love" songstress Adele was also reported to have a second estate in Los Angeles, but located in the Hidden Valley neighborhood.

Stallone has been a resident of the Beverly Park residence for decades, having moved in as far back as the 1990s. However, due to his recent decision to relocate to Florida, the actor chose to put his house on the market.

The $110 Million Beverly Hills estate has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, sauna, steam room, infinity pool, cigar room, screening room, bespoke bar, art studio, and a two-story guest house among other facilities. The residence also includes a 2-story guest house, as the mansion is situated on 3.6 acres.

Presently, Stallone lives with his family in Palm Beach, Florida. They paid $35 million for their new South Florida house, which has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and is 13,200 square feet in size.

Stallone's new neighbors in Palm Beach now include rock icons Jon Bon Jovi and Rod Stewart and TV and radio personality Howard Stern.
