Snoop Dogg Is Drinking 'Chai Tea With Heidi' Klum On Supermodel's Breakthrough Single

Heidi is a "huge" Snoop Dogg fan, and she took it to the next level.

German Supermodel Heidi Klum and Hip Hop Legend Snoop Dogg have collaborated for Heidi's breakthrough single.

The 48-year-old supermodel has joined with hip hop legends and producer pair Weddingcake on a new dance single titled 'Chai Tea With Heidi,' which is expected to be released on Friday.

It is the opening tune for Heidi's season 17 of her reality program 'Germany's Next Topmodel,' which premieres today.

Klum revealed that it had been a long-time dream of hers to release music and collaborate it with Snoop Dogg.

When it comes to the song's lyrics, Snoop Dogg raps them, then Klum joins in on the chorus, which is a sample of the Rod Stewart song "Baby Jane," which was released in 1983.

The duo dance in front of a classic automobile in the black-and-white music video that goes along with it, with shots of Klum dressed in various clothes weaved throughout the music video.

The collaboration

The idea of recording her own song came from a brainstorming session of the upcoming season of Germany's Top Model. Heidi mentioned that she loves stepping outside of her comfort zone and challenging herself.

As to who the only person she wanted to sing with, Snoop Doggy Dogg was the sole titleholder.

The supermodel-turned-Television host continued to gush over the rapper as she says she is a "huge Snoop Doggg Fan"; the reason why she "needed to go big or go home".

The 50-year old rapper reciprocated Heidi's love and hype after inviting the supermodel into her studio and recorded. Heidi said that Snoop helped deliver what she wanted - "a song the makes people want to dance and have fun".

"Chai Tea With Heidi"'s music video shows Snoop wearing his trademark fur coat and shades, and Heidi displaying why she is considered as a runway legend, is directed by Photography Icon Rankin.

Snoop's Other 'Project'

In other news, Snoop Dogg has applied for a trademark for the "Snoop Doggs" brand of hot dogs, which he hopes to launch shortly.

According to Billboard, the rapper's attorneys have filed an intent-to-use trademark application for the word "Snoop Doggs" with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, indicating that he intends to use the name to sell hot dogs and other varieties of sausage in the future.

Additionally, in 2011, the rapper filed a trademark registration for an ice cream firm that he named "Snoop Scoops," however, no items were ever launched under that brand.
