The challenges of international touring are the cause of the cancellation.

Harry Styles has officially announced that his Australian and New Zealand tours are now axed.

Love On Tour's official promoter, Live Nation, confirmed that the Grammy Winner's long-delayed Australian and New Zealand international tours were officially canceled.

It was initially planned for Styles to perform in several arena shows around Australia in November 2020.

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the dates were postponed indefinitely, with Styles voicing his disappointment at the time.

Harry expressed in September last year that he "hopes" to play the shows as planned for 2021.

However, because of the uptick in COVID-19 cases in the continent, they have yet to monitor the situation in the coming weeks and months.

In a statement released recently on the Live Nation Australia website, the "Love On Tour" concerts were canceled "due to the continuing challenges for international touring".

While the management "works towards a new tour", all ticket holders who have availed since its announcement is entitled to receive a full refund accordingly, the website says.

According to the statement, those who purchased tickets from the original events will be given first access to a priority buy window when new Australian and New Zealand tour dates are confirmed.

In an email sent to ticketholders, Styles said: "To everyone in Australia and New Zealand, I can't believe it's been four years. I can't wait to see you again, but unfortunately, it is just not possible at this time. I will be sharing news soon about new shows. I love you all so much. I miss you, and I can't wait to see you."

The UK and European Tour

As for his UK and European Tour, the originally scheduled April 2020 tour was pushed back to February and March 2021 last December 2020.

The Watermelon Sugar hitmaker completed his North American leg of his "Love On Tour" last year as he performed at dozens of shows between September to November 2021.

Recently, Styles has announced the continuation of his "Love On Tour" in the United Kingdom, Europe, and South America.

Starting on June 11 at Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow and concluding on December 10 at Pedreira Paulo Leminski in Curitiba, Brazil, the Tour will feature opening acts by Arlo Parks (Dublin), Koffee (Latin America), Mitski (UK dates), and Wolf Alice (specific European dates).
