After the drama that has unfolded in the previous weeks with her estranged wife Kim Kardashian and Saturday Night Live! Mainstay Pete Davidson, Ye is making headlines again this week because of his much-anticipated sequel to "DONDA."
To be released on February 22, 2022 (2.22.2022), "DONDA 2" is Ye's eleventh studio album, following its prequel "DONDA" in August 2021.
Ye recently took to Instagram to reveal the much-awaited tracklist for the sequel album.
The album, reported to have been executively produced by Future, includes collaboration with controversial singers Marilyn Manson and Travis Scott.
Ye, who has been lately fond of using his lined notebook in his Instagram posts, handwrote the "DONDA 2" tracklist, captioning "like we always do at this time," referring to his 2007 single "Good Life."
Some of the songs seen in the handwritten tracklist are "Life Me Up," "Security," "Broken Road," "Broken Road," "Sci Fi" "I'm Finna Love Me" and "Closed For Business."
The 21-track album, although jam-packed with new songs, does not reveal what songs are with collaborations with other artists.
Reports have circulated since last year as Ye was spotted in the studio with other artists. Post Malone, Blueface, Scarface, The Game, and even Kid Cudi were among the artists reportedly working with Ye on the "DONDA" sequel.
The album, reportedly produced by Future, is described as Ye's "masterpiece"; however, fans may not hear the album on social media platforms when released on February 22, 2022.

Where will fans get 'DONDA 2'?
In an earlier Instagram post, Ye announced that "DONDA 2" will not be launched on major streaming platforms like Spotify, Youtube, Amazon, or even Apple Music.
The 44-year old hip-hop icon decided to release the much-anticipated album only on Stem Player because of the highly-debated artist compensation fees.
"Today, artists get just 12% of the money the industry makes. It's time to free music from this oppressive system. It's time to take control and build our own." Ye explained on his Instagram announcement.
This is not the first time Ye exclusively released an album on one platform. His 2016 "Life of Pablo" was released on Tidal and launched on Spotify and Apple two months later.
However, avid fans can hear Ye perform the new album live.
On the day it will be launched, Ye dopped a surprise concert to coincide with the album release. The Live Nation organized concert will be at Loandepot Park in Miami, Florida.
