After a mesmerizing collaboration with Taylor Swift on the heavily hinted "The Joker and The Queen," it looks like British superstar Ed Sheeran found a new friend in the form of Kodak Black, who he will be releasing a new feature soon.

For some, the two's friendship might be unusual given the differences in their genres, but Kodak Black and Ed Sheeran's friendship has now been solidified more than ever.

In a recent Instagram post, Kodak posted photos of the two of them with Ed holding Kodak's gift, 1800 Block Golden Acres chain, representing the rapper's area in Pompano Beach, with the jewelry also featuring a gun in the letters.

"#BackForEverything Out Now. Me & Ed Sheeran Got Alotta Shit Coming," the 24-year old rapper captioned.

Earlier this month, Kodak had already hinted on Twitter at his collaboration with Sheeran.

Based on Kodak's recent tweets, it seemed as though his features with Ed Sheeran are not just one but two.

Both being signed to Atlantic Records, Ed was no stranger to working with American rappers as have worked with many on his previous album.

Ed Sheeran's fourth studio album, "No. 6 Collaborations Project", a follow-up on his EP "No. 5 Collaborations Project," features Cardi B, Travis Scott, Young Thug, Meek Mill, Chance The Rapper, 50 Cent, among other artists.

The gift, however, is not the first time that Kodak Black has shown his appreciation for the British singer; his 2017 video of singing Sheeran's Grammy-winning song "Shape of You" amassed almost 2.5 million views as of writing.

Back for Everything

Aside from announcing his upcoming features with Ed Sheeran, Kodak has also announced that he will be releasing two albums this 2022.

One out of the two albums were released last Friday, the nineteen-tracked "Back For Everything," which includes a feature from Lil Durk.

Serving as a follow-up from his 2021's Haitian Boy Kodak EP, the recently-launched album was produced by Murda Beatz, Scott Storch, Zaytoven, Boi-1da, Buddah Bless, London On Da Track Cubeatz, Vinylz, among others.

Last Super Bowl weekend, Kodak and three others were shot on foot at WeHo while fleeing a Justin Bieber after party. Kodak was struck in the leg and has now recovered.
