Lil Nas X New Music, GRAMMY Snub, Backlash

Lil Nas X's 'Long Live Montero Tour' announcement comes amid the young rapper's continuous teasing of new music.

Previously, he hinted an upcoming collab release with Saucy Santana and NBA Youngboy. He also teased a 2-minute video snippet of a song he titled "Lean On My Body" on Twitter over the past few weeks.

In the last 2022 GRAMMYs, Lil Nas X came home GRAMMYless as he failed to take home any trophy despite being nominated for five categories, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year.

However, he took to Instagram Live the night itself and freestyled a new song talking about his massive GRAMMY loss. But the "Montero" hitmaker was not really sad at all.

In fact, in a tweet after, Lil Nas X considered his live performance at the GRAMMYs as his favorite performance yet.

In true Lil Nas X fashion, critics of the 23-year-old rapper stormed and hit him with his sexualized performance.
