Lizzo is interested in collaborating with BTS.
After obtaining J-phone Hope's number and exchanging texts, the "About Damn Time" singer stated she's become good friends with the K-Pop boy band.
She said: "I got J-Hope's number, so we be texting." She added that the heartthrob is actually a good texter and does not leave her hanging.
"He's a great texter, expressive. He does not leave you unread. If it's been a while since he's texted, he's like 'I'm so sorry,' and he apologises for how long it's taken," she shared,
The 34-year-old actress is a huge fan of the 'Dynamite' group and sees herself a lot in BTS.
She said this is probably whey she has always been why I've attracted toward BTS. She stated this on the newest episode of the Audacy podcast. According to her, the group and her share so many things alike, which can make a collaboration easy. They remind her of herself in terms of self-love and this good energy, as well as the way they love their fans, she further clarified.
"I feel the same way and they genuinely have just a pure, positive energy a ll the time," she added.
And when asked if she'd be interested in collaborating with the septet, she responded that she is all for it, although she did not have some fears about it happening. "I have to be careful because their fans are fierce! But absolutely, I would just say [I'd like to collaborate with BTS]. I would love to," she said.
Meanwhile, Chris Martin recently revealed that he believes Coldplay will never surpass their collaboration with BTS.
The 45-year-old frontman promised that new songs and "surprises" are on the coming from the 'Yellow' hitmakers, but he believes nothing will compare to the group's collaboration with BTS on 'My Universe' last year. Just proves Lizzo is right in saying the BTS Army is a fierce lot, so collaborating with the group can become very massive.
