After reportedly assaulting 65-year-old property manager Gary Pagar, DaBaby was recently charged with a felony by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
After being involved in a physical altercation at an unauthorized video shoot at his Los Angeles property last December, the property manager claimed he suffered major injuries.
According to TMZ, Pagar filed the legal documents in February, alleging that DaBaby, whose actual name is Jonathan Kirk, beat him after attempting to shut down filming after he and his crew refused to follow his property regulations.
According to the lawsuit, DaBaby told Pagar that he was renting the house for a vacation destination for him and his friends, and Pagar warned the rapper that he wasn't allowed to have more than 12 people there.
In the documents, he also stated that the rapper's managers had consented to the conditions of the rental agreement.
Pagar learned there were far more than 12 individuals living at his Los Angeles house at some point during their visit.
Pagar later phoned DaBaby's staff, who informed him that the extra personnel will be gone soon.
When it appeared that they were merely lying, Pagar went to the property and discovered that more than 40 people were present since the rapper was filming a music video there.
The property manager allegedly spoke with DaBaby and attempted to stop the music video filming, but was stopped by a member of the artist's group and was assaulted.
According to the lawsuit, the rapper begged the man to stop, but then punched Pagar and knocked out one of his teeth.
Thankgod Awute was apparently charged with felony robbery alongside the "Ball, If I Want To" rapper. However, no further information has been released.
Despite the lawsuit, Jake Paul appeared in the music video for "Play U Lay," which was released after the claimed incident.
Meanwhile, the North Carolina rapper shared a video of himself over the weekend, in which Pagar can be seen pacing back and forth on his property, while DaBaby can be heard yelling the N-word angrily.
"On today's edition of 'Let's Make DaBaby Look Like a Bad Person,'... accusing Prager of being a 'PROUD white supremacist,'" the description reads.
