Did Trouble predict his own death?
The famous rapper posted a chilling tweet about life just weeks before his tragic death.
The Atlanta-based music star, whose real name is Mariel Sermonte Orr, was reportedly shot to death on early Sunday morning, per the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office.
Trouble said on his tweet on May 14, 2022, "Life short af dawg smh."
"Neva know when yo numBa gon Be called! Move wit grace. Be grateful."
The 34-year-old went on to share, "Forgive - Don't forget.. love yo ppl n make show dey know!! Respect yo ppl Respect life!"
"It can Be all ova anyday! On Lord."
Hours before he was shot to death, Trouble, who has hit songs like "Bring It Back," "Kesha Dem," "U Ain't Street" and "Ain't My Fault," also shared a chilling final tweet.
He said, "Its tooooooo many 12 of for me tonight IM GOIN HOME. Yall move smoove outchea."
Per his final posts, the rapper was still making music. In his last Instagram Story, people seemed to be listening to one of his songs during a party.
There was even one woman who lip-synched to Trouble's song and wrote, "This gone forever be a banger."
It also seemed like Trouble was partying with friends based on his Instagram story.
Rapper Trouble Cause of Death
According to WSBTV Atlanta, Trouble was shot at 3:20 a.m. on Sunday at the Lake St. James Apartment complex in Conyers.
Officers responding to the scene discovered the rapper laying on the ground, having been shot once in the chest. He was declared dead at the site.
Trouble was visiting a female acquaintance at the apartment complex when he was shot.
There have been no arrests as of this writing, however a warrant has already been sought for a man called Jamichael Jones, who was involved in a "domestic incident" with the lady Trouble visited before he was shot.
Fans and acquaintances of the rapper expressed their sympathies and paid respect to him on social media.
Def Jam, his record company, "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the children, loved ones, and Trouble fans. He was a real representative of his community and a true voice for his hometown. Scoob, rest in peace."
Trouble's music career began in 2011 with the release of his mixtape "December 17th," which featured the smash song "Bussin," which featured other rappers such as Waka Flocka Flame, Trae the Truth, and Yo Gotti.
