A week after releasing the expanded edition of her 2002 debut album "Let Go," Avril Lavigne has opened up her next big career move - and it is not something that fans of the Pop-punk queen have anticipated.

Lavigne just released the 20th-anniversary edition of her debut album a week ago, months after she released her seventh studio album, "Love Sux."

Aside from her music career, Avril is also becoming the wife of music producer Mod Sun, after she said "yes" in an intimate proposal in Paris, France earlier this year.

With the consecutive huge decisions that the 37-year-old singer is making, the next huge career move she might be doing is definitely one for the books.

Avril Lavigne Quitting Music To Do THIS Instead?

Speaking to The Guardian recently, the "Complicated" singer revealed that she really wanted to make her own cookbook aside from music.

"My food is, like, gourmet. I can do everything! Pasta, sauce, vegan, salads and soups - I can do every kind of soup," she excitedly told the publication.

Should Lavigne push through with this huge career move, she would be following the steps of Snoop Dogg and Patti Labelle, who both penned their own famous cookbooks.

Snoop Dogg's "From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes from Tha Boss Dogg's Kitchen," like his albums is a banger. Barnes and Noble rated the cookbook a 5/5 since its release in 2018.

On the other hand, Patti Labelle's "Desserts LaBelle: Soulful Sweets to Sing About" was already considered a New York Best Seller for selling over 300,000 copies.

With Avril Lavigne's innate artistry, it would be undeniable that she would be a good cook. But aside from being a cook/singer, Lavigne would not be quitting music yet as she would want to tick another box on her bucket list.

Like most singers out there, Avril Lavigne also wanted to produce a Christmas album, and a make-up line, and collaborate with Taylor Swift, among other wishes. (via Billboard)

The interview came before the Pop-Punk queen has unveiled her highly-awaited "Let Go" expanded album - a 20th-anniversary gift to her fans.

The album came with additional six new tracks, re-uploaded high-quality music videos on YouTube, and a reclaimed version of "Breakaway."

A two-LP 12-inch vinyl record of the expanded edition will also hit the stands on January 2023.
