Lil Uzi Vert accidentally left one of the Wireless Festival concertgoers with a bloody head injury.
Lil Uzi Vert hyped the fans during the Wireless Festival's first weekend in London's Crystal Palace Park. But while headlining the event, he recklessly threw a phone into the crowd and accidentally hit an attendee's head, causing her to sustain a head injury.
TikTok user Drilla G (@ccornonmycob) shared a video on the platform, showing the rapper as he performed his 2016 hit, "Money Longer." He then turned around and picked up a phone before throwing it toward the crowd.
Drilla G then disclosed that it hit her in the head and caused her bloody head injury. She also attached photos of her wound and a video of a medical responder who helped her out of the crowd.
She eventually posted a follow-up clip and detailed how the phone smashed her head. She added that another fan was hit by the phone but refused to name him due to privacy concerns.

"Yes, there was some damage caused, but the guy got his phone back and everything is being dealt with," she said.
While TikTok users questioned her for not moving out of the phone's way, she explained that the crowd was too packed and left no space for anyone to move. She also pointed out that it would have hit someone else if she had been able to dodge the phone.
After the incident, Drilla G changed her TikTok bio to "Lil Uzi's target practice."
Lil Uzi Vert Also Got Hit by Multiple Phones
Lil Uzi Vert and his representatives are yet to address the issue. It also remains unknown whether she would sue the rapper or Wireless Festival's organizers.
However, it was revealed that "everything is being dealt with" after the female sustained the head injury.
A source also told The Shade Room and XXL that the rapper got also hit by several phones during his set.
"During Uzi's set at Wireless Fest, fans threw multiple cellphones onto the stage and inadvertently struck him. He merely attempted to clear the phones from the stage, avoid slipping, and safely continue his performance-he never intentionally directed it at a specific individual," the insider said.
Lil Uzi Vert was one of the performers during Wireless Festival's first weekend, joining A$AP Rocky, Tyler, The Creator, and J. Cole.
Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Nicki Minaj, SZA, Burna Boy, and Jack Harlow, among others, will perform at Wireless at Finsbury Park from July 8 to 10.
