Kim Kardashian, 41, understood the assignment when, in a new Instagram post, she lip synced to a song by her 36-year-old best friend Ciara.
The reality star slayed her competition with a short video featuring a literal who's who of celebs, all spliced together to promote the "Goodies" singer's latest single "Jump."
In addition to Vanessa and Natalia Bryant, the video also included Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, J. Balvin, Latto, and La La Anthony.
In the video, Kim Kardashian is seen wearing a slinky black dress and wearing her long, dark hair in a sleek ponytail. She appears to be on set for a photo shoot, possibly taking a break to film her scene for Ciara's music video in between taking photos.
This star-studded post brought Kim and Ciara back together to demonstrate how fantastic it is when they collaborate on a project.
It has been some time since their fans last saw them working together, but this brief footage demonstrates that they are on excellent terms.
Kim and Ciara have been friends for a while, actually. Together, they have accomplished nearly everything, including parenting and everything that comes with it.
Since arranging play dates between Kim's daughter North West and Ciara's kid Future Zahir and appearing in Fergie's "M.I.L.F. $" music video, the pair have been longtime BFFs. This is the latest in a long line of collaborations between these great women, and it signifies an enduring friendship.
Recently, both Kim and Ciara were selected to grace the cover of the 59th edition of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue. Kim wore a plunging nude bikini with matching gloves and wet hair, whereas Ciara wore a leopard-print one-piece swimsuit and cowboy hat with flowing hair.
"Jump" is Ciara's most recent single, her first in two years. She also created a super-sexy music video to accompany the song.
The new single "Jump" by Ciara has an impressive debut on Billboard. This week, the bop featuring Coast Contra debuts at No. 4 on the Billboard R&B Digital Song Sales chart.
The high-octane summer anthem premieres at No. 12 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales chart of Billboard. "Jump," which Ciara and Theron Thomas co-wrote, was released on July 8 alongside an exciting music video.
The video, made by Dave Meyers and filled with nostalgic references for her followers to identify, has earned nearly three million YouTube views. "Jump" is the lead track from Ciara's forthcoming eighth studio album, which will be released on her Beauty Marks Entertainment label in collaboration with Uptown Records and Republic Records. Ciara announced her new deal earlier this month
"I am thrilled to partner with Uptown/Republic Records through my own label imprint Beauty Marks Entertainment," she said.
"Wendy [Goldstein] and I have been in discussion to work together for some time and the enthusiasm that her and the entire team have expressed over this new project marks an exciting new chapter in my career. I am grateful to be able to continue my mission of making the world dance with a team I admire, who are at the forefront of empowering artists," she added.
