The "Dancing in the Dark" singer just kickstarted the opening day of ticket sales for his awaited 2023 Tour.

Rock legend Bruce Springsteen is set to embark on his eighteenth official tour, the 2023 Tour. Along with his E-Street Band, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is slated to start his Arena tour in Florida on February 2023.
Springsteen's 31-date North Ameican Tour starts at the Amelie Arena in Tampa, Florida, on Feb. 1, 2023, and will cap off on Newark, New Jersey's Prudential Center on Apr. 14, 2023.
After a week of rest, he would eventually head to the next continent for his Europe tour, starting with a two-date opening show on Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Barcelona, Spain, on Apr. 28, 30, 2023.
Bruce Springsteen's 2023 Tour is expected to finish on Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in Monza, Italy, on Jul. 25, 2023.
Hailed as one of the Greatest Artists of All Time by Rolling Stone, Springsteen's arena is definitely packed, which would probably mean higher ticket prices.

As the Bruce Springsteen 2023 Tour Tickets go on sale today, fans are complaining about how high the prices are.
Backstreet Magazine, a fan magazine dedicated to Springsteen, initially reported the prices of the tickets, which angered fans yesterday
Based on Ticketmaster, mid-range floor seats for the Tampa, Florida concert now costs $4,400 each, with $500 solely for tax.
Well, the reason for these ballooning prices is Ticketmaster's Dynamic Pricing Program.

As Variety explained, Ticketmaster has added a new program, which seemed to be first used on Bruce Springsteen's 2023 Tour.
Platinum Tickets, which are placed anywhere in the arena, may it be near the pit, or the back rows fluctuate in price depending on the demand for tickets in the venue.
This move was a particular swipe against resellers and scalpers who buys tickets to resell them in a higher amount days before the concert.
But it seems like the program has backfired on Ticketmaster, as fans are now furious with the exorbitant prices, even concert veterans are explaining.
As of this writing, Ticketmaster and Springsteen's teamed has yet to comment on the ticket pricing issues.
