Ariana Grande clapped back to a fan who commented on her beauty line in the most epic way.

Grande's fans have been waiting for a new full-length album from the singer as she has not released one since dropping her "Positions" in 2020. She has been very busy, though, as she tied the knot with Dalton Gomez and launched her own makeup line last year.

One fan seemingly could not wait anymore as they reminded Grande about her music career.

On TikTok, the "Stuck With U" singer shared a new video promoting her r.e.m beauty brand's new product, Sweetener Concealer.

But instead of supporting her, one user commented, "pls remember you're a singer."

Grande immediately hit back and said, "i have actually never felt more at home in my voice. or like more of a singer."

It is not surprising that she has not released a new record, though, as the "7 Rings" singer herself already revealed months ago that she has no plans to record a follow-up to her album yet.

For what it's worth, she told the viewers on her beauty brand's YouTube channel that she is yet to focus on making a new album.

"This is a question I'm nervous to answer, but I feel like I want to have a little bit of transparency and honesty with my fans. The truth is, I have not began an album. I know-I hear it through the grapevine that you have a lot of theories and expectations in that department, but after Positions, [I] was not ready to start another album yet," the singer said.

Grande spoke honestly about not making new music because she is not yet ready. In addition, she admitted that she is also busy with other gigs.

Ariana Grande Setting Music Aside For Now

Aside from her marriage and a business venture, Grande confirmed her reappearance on "The Voice" as a judge."

She was also tapped to star in Jon M. Chu's movie adaptation of the hit musical "Wicked." The "thank u, next" hitmaker will portray the role of the good witch, Glinda.

Meanwhile, her counterpart Cynthia Erivo scored the role of Elphaba.

"I started hearing murmurs about a Wicked audition coming soon, so I went into full preparation mode, while I was also shooting The Voice. So, I was shooting and then doing lessons every day because I just wanted to be prepared for when the call came," she went on.

With that, it is safe to say that Grande is yet to offer a new song and album this year.
