There's no stopping Christina Aguilera, who is rumored to be back in the studio working on new music.
Following the release of her Spanish-language album "Aguilera" in May, the 41-year-old singer went to the studio, motivated by the response she had at her previous shows.
Despite the fact that it is still early days, the "Reflection" hitmaker is apparently motivated to get things done, per The Sun (via Music-News).
But what can fans expect from this new album? According to the source, while she liked making "Aguilera," which was deemed a "passion project" for her, the blonde beauty is eager to return to her music origins, which are pop.
"At the moment, she's experimenting with sounds, but it'll most likely be the dancey commercial sound with loud voices that fans adore."
One of the major reasons Christina released a Spanish-language album was so her children, Max, 14, and Summer, 7, could learn about her heritage.
Max is her son from her previous relationship with producer Jordan Bratman, and Summer is her daughter from her current relationship with Matthew Rattler.
"To now approach new Spanish music at a time in my life where I've survived this business over decades and am a mother to my children, who I want to share a part of themselves, a part of their roots, a part of their heritage, has been such a beautiful blessing within itself," Christina previously stated.
The "Lady Marmalade" singer went on to say that her kid loved listening to Spanish music and would often request it in the vehicle.
Christina Aguilera feels that her singing allows her to reconnect with her estranged Ecuadorian father, Fausto.
"The last chapter [of the 'Aguilera' album] provides some closure in connection to my father and shines light on whatever darkness that may have remained in the past."
Christina has recently begun her UK tour in Scarborough, where she reportedly sizzled by the shore. She will play in London on Aug. 5.
Her presentation apparently offered enough, backed up by a slew of some of the most iconic pop classics of the previous two decades, including her popular song "Dirrty," which served as her opening song, and she leapt around the stage wearing a silver number à la Madonna and black thigh-length boots.
She had wardrobe changes, spectacular light shows and backgrounds, an active dance troupe, pyrotechnics, and confetti cannons.
Christina Aguilera's performances last 80 minutes.
