Bebe Rexha made her KCON debut on Saturday (August 20), performing her 2021 single "Break My Heart Myself" alongside ITZY members Yeji and Ryujin. Not only did the performance shocked Itzy's fans, it naturally shocked Bebe Rexha's fans worldwide, and in a positive way.
The amazing collaboration occurred during the opening concert of America's largest K-pop festival, which is being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena this year.
Rexha, clad in all black, came onto the stage during ITZY's act and sang the ultra-personal song with Yeji and Ryujin to tremendous ovation from the full audience. "I adore you, ITZY!" Rexha yelled to the crowd as she embraced her collaborators.
Early in June, ITZY's Yeji and Ryujin presented a captivating dance performance to "Break My Heart Myself," the opening track from Rexha's 2021 album, "Better Mistakes," which discusses her mental health management and bipolar disease struggles.
A remix of the song with a new verse from Yeji and Ryujin was published in late July, attracting the notice of Rexha.
Saturday, following the KCON 2022 concert, both ITZY and Rexha revealed backstage images from the event. Both found the whole thing surreal and amazing. Both camps said it was a great experience.

"Great honor to perform 'Break My Heart Myself' together with super lovely Bebe in KCON!" ITZY tweeted.
"It was an unforgettable moment." Rexha also celebrated the team-up "Before the show with my girls," she captioned her tweet of a photo of her and the ITZY girls backstage.
The three-day event, which began on August 19, brings together all parts of K-culture with full days of discussions, workshops, activities, and more, with the performance capping off the final two evenings. This year also celebrates the 10-year anniversary of the festival.
On Sunday, P1Harmony, WJSN, NCT DREAM, THE BOYS, LOONA, TO1, STAYC, and NMIXX will perform at KCON 2022.
Bebe Rexha and David Guetta are finally releasing a song they remixed years ago. "Blue Remix (I'm Good)" has taken TikTok by storm and because of the power of the platform's users, the song is going to be released now.
Hundreds of thousands of videos have gone viral with the song, a remix of Eiffel 65's "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" with the lyrics, "I'm good, yeah I'm feeling alright / Baby, imma have the best f------ night of my life / And wherever it takes me, I'm down for the ride / Baby, don't you know I'm good / Yeah, I'm feelin' alright" Bebe Rexha revealed that the song would be released on Friday, August 26. Rexha addressed the song for the first time on August 5 in a video of her lip-syncing to the track. "@davidguetta and i remixed this song years ago and we never released it. I have no idea how it made it to tik tok but i love it! Cheers! Xoxoxo," she said in the video that received over 15 million views, and counting.
