Nicki Minaj, Nosey Heaux Drama, Lawsuit Explained
Pitchfork has recently confirmed that Nicki Minaj has filed a lawsuit against Marley Green, more commonly known online as Nosey Heaux, for the alleged defamatory language she has spewed against the artist online.
Per the filing that the publication has exclusively obtained, the video which is now making rounds online have already reaped 260 retweets and over 2,000 likes and counting. Minaj's legal team believes that Green is working under a command of an unnamed rival of the rapper.
Apart from accusing Nicki Minaj as a "cokehead," Green was also not the one to mince her words as she called out Nicki's son, Papa Bear, on her direct attacks toward the rapper.
"Your baby is going to be a rapist, too," she said elsewhere in the video after saying that she would drag the whole Minaj family tree.
Judd Berstein, Nicki Minaj's lawyer has also released a firm pushback on Nosey Heaux.
"Marley Green is a disgrace-someone so lacking in fundamental decency that she has posted vile comments about Nicki's 1-year-old son. When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name "Nosey Heaux" because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment," Berstein told the publication.
Meanwhile, Green, in her latest Tweet, pushes that Nicki Minaj lied, sharing the TMZ article that initially reported the lawsuit.
Nicki Minaj is suing Marley Green for defamation and is demanding $75,000 in damages made against her.
Green said in one of her tweets that she was being harassed and was sent death threats by Nicki Minaj's fans shortly after the video of her scathing remarks towards the rapper.
