Britney Spears isn't afraid to shed a few tears even on camera, knowing she'll be tagged as someone having a breakdown and because she's who she is, that could be a little dangerous. However, she maintains this crying session is more of a catharsis than a sign of sadness.
On September 14, the pop star released a video of herself at her home, where she can be seen dancing to some earthy music in the background.
Aside from the fact that, this time, she began crying towards the conclusion... out of the blue Now, it looks that Spears anticipated that people could be frightened by her tears, as she noted in her caption that she was only expressing her emotions and not having a breakdown.
The "Toxic" singer said, "It's been a while since I've cried on camera !!! It's not a breakdown assholes, it's a release that I've needed for a very long time now !!! Spiritual experience for sure !!! I think I need to do that way more !!! Psss... bawling."
It is unclear if Britney was moved by the music/dancing, her conservatorship, or even both.

What is clear though is that she must be hyperaware that many are guarding her posts, and might be a little put off by that crying. After all, she is accused of reviving her feud with Christina Aguilera, although she maintained that she is not doing anything of that sort.
Still, many said she fat-shamed Aguilera and denial is unlikely to change people's minds.
It can be remembered that Spears posted a quote from Rodney Dangerfield on IG that read, "I found there was only one way to look thin: hang out with fat people."
She furthered that thought by name-dropping Christina and her backup dancers, saying if she had those same peeps in her orbit during the peak of her fame ... she'd look "extremely small."
Many interpreted it as body shaming, but Britney insisted in a follow-up post that she wasn't attempting to demean anyone and that she had been misinterpreted. Regardless, Christina stopped following her as a result, which added fuel to the fire.
The tears however, could also be attributed to all that the star has gone through - before, during, and after her conservatorship. There's no denying that after her conservatorship ended, she's hardly been living in peace. So many controversies have emerged. She's done a collab with Elton John and it's been receiving great reviews, but her career is nowhere near where she once was.
Fans are not sure she's looking to retrieve her former glory though. In one of her latest social media posts, she even said she's stubborn and has already decided to quit performing onstage.
