Azealia Banks is going after Nicki Minaj, calling out the latter for allegedly hitting back at Cardi B earlier this week.
In a subtle jab on her Twitter account, Nicki Minaj tweeted about someone embodying other people's looks and personality, reducing it to be "psycho tingz."
Cardi B, who was recently spotted in New York donating $100,000 to her former middle school in the Bronx, sported a similar straight bangs cut wig like Nicki Minaj's previous style.
On the same day that Nicki tweeted her thoughts, Cardi fired back, indirectly slamming Nicki's latest tirades. Per the "Hot Shit" rapper, the entire thing was "tiring, old, and redundant" already.
Now, Azealia Banks dipped her toes in the water, coming into Cardi's defense and launching a full attack on Nicki Minaj. After netizens continue to criticize Banks' behavior online, she directed the conversation to Nicki Minaj's alleged "psychotic obsession" with Cardi B.
"Are you guys not watching this psychotic obsession that Nicki Minaj has for Cardi B now and how dangerous this shit is getting now? Truth be told, the reason that you're probably still mad five years later is 'cause you probably originally wanted to be Cardi B's friend," Banks said in a statement.
Banks claimed that Nicki wanted to be friends with Cardi for quite some time already, but because she "burned that bridge" already, she is now doing these things to stir up the drama. (via HiphopDX)
Before this issue, Azealia Banks also commented on Nicki Minaj's revelation that a female rapper had asked her to get an abortion after refusing to drink alcohol at a party.
Although no one was named, Barbz immediately pointed fingers at Megan Thee Stallion, who has then denied the allegations.
Banks weighed in, slamming Nicki for allegedly paying money to underage Barbz to "f--ck up" other rapper's records and reputation, even referring to the VMA Vanguard awardee as a "bad gangsta" on a now-expired Instagram story.
Earlier this week, Nicki Minaj filed a massive defamation lawsuit against Nosey Heaux for calling her "cokehead" and Papa Bear, her son, a rapist on a video that has already made rounds on social media. She has also reiterated that she and her lawyer has been swift in storing evidence for cases for over a year already.
