Post Malone gave an update following his stage fall during a recent show in St. Louis.

Fans of Post Malone gathered on Saturday night in St. Louis at the Enterprise Center where the rapper held his latest concert. However, halfway through the show, he suffered a nasty fall that left him with an injury.

Videos taken from the concert have since gone viral, showing the rapper as he walked down a ramp that extended onto the arena's stage. However, it was revealed that there was a hole in the floor that made him lose his balance.

Following the fall, a source told a news outlet that one of Post Malone's legs was shaking as he received help from the medics before escorting him out of the stage.

He then asked fans to give him a few minutes, but everyone was concerned he would no longer reappear on stage. But 15 minutes later, he rose and performed "Rockstar" and "Cooped Up" in front of the crowd.

Still, the concertgoers noticed him clutching his ribs while performing, hinting at the potential injury. After his show, he thanked the crowd and informed them about the hole in the stage that made him lose his balance.

Despite the pain, he stayed and finished the show by signing autographs.

After the incident, Post Malone shared a clip with the caption "love you guys so much" on his Twitter account to explain what happened to him.

The "Sunflower" hitmaker detailed that the incident happened during the acoustic part of his performance. The aforesaid hole was an area that opened whenever the stage lowered the instruments.

Unfortunately, Post Malone reportedly forgot about that and fell through it.

He apologized again and promised he would make it up to his next St. Louis later. At the end of the video, he assured everyone he is doing okay following a hospital visit. His manager, Dre London, also revealed on Instagram that the rapper sustained bruises on his ribs.

Meanwhile, concertgoer Tana Cantrell told CNN that the fall happened an hour into Post Malone's performance.

"At the time from my angle, it looked like he just collapsed on stage, grabbing the middle of his chest. You could see in his face and body how much pain he was in and that's when I knew this was serious. His legs were trembling from the pain," Cantral said.
