The Ma$e and Diddy saga continues as the latter finally responded to the rapper's claims, saying he attempted to buy back his masters from him.

It all started in a now-deleted post from 2020 when the rapper alleged that Diddy's past practices continued purposely "starved" his artist and has been unfair to the person who helped him win the Icon Award.

"For example, u still got my publishing from 24 years ago in which u gave me $20k. Which makes me never want to work w/ u as any artist wouldn't," he revealed. (via Billboard)

Today, P. Diddy has finally responded to Ma$e's claims during his appearance at the "Breakfast Club" radio show, saying it was not true. He explained that he only did one album with the hip-hop artist which is his debut album "Harlem World" released in 1997.

Following that, the famed music producer alleged that his old pal became a "fake pastor" that conned people.

"y'all gonna let him throw dirt on the god's name. Anybody can come and step up. Bring your receipts. But I'm not playing," he added.

In addition to his first response, he then claimed the rapper owes him a whopping $3 million from an advance that never happened.

It appears that Diddy wanted to put an end to the drama as he noted that he won't go "back-and-forth" with the rapper or anyone else as he's going to speak up for himself now.

Following the producer's appearance on the show, Ma$e responded, saying Diddy was upset as he refused to apologize despite having the opportunity.

In a clip posted on his social media accounts, the rapper said, "You see how people act when you won't let them come on stage, and give their fake apology so they can promote that little wack song." (via Complex)

Diddy Defends Kanye West

Elsewhere in the interview, Diddy took the time to defend his good pal Kanye West after he received backlash for wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt with Candace Owens in Paris, France.

The "I'll Be Missing You" hitmaker said Kim Kardashian's ex-husband is a "super free thinker" and he's misconstructed most of the time.

Charlamagne interjected and noted that Diddy should stop making excuses for his friend, to which the hip-hop producer replied that he's not defending him because that's the way he thinks.
