Madison Beer seemed as gorgeous as ever on the cover of Numéro Magazine prior to its Monday release. The 23-year-old singer-songwriter displayed some of her most spectacular ensembles for the Dutch magazine, which alternated between gorgeous gowns and more exposing, edgier outfits.
The brown-haired beauty also discussed her return to music prior to the release of her most recent song and second album. In the following interview with Numéro, Madison could not resist gushing about her forthcoming music, including her new single "You Showed Me", which will be released on Friday, October 14, and her upcoming second album.
She shared that "You Showed Me" is among her top five favorite tracks on the album. She remarked that it truly captures this new style that she was going for.
She revealed that she is a major lover of music that is a bit older, such as "You Showed Me" by The Turtles.
Madison further stated that she was "very proud" of her next record. She believes it reveals her and the music she wishes to create. It feels most like her thus far.
"I hope people connect with the music," she stated, adding that, "it's a very rollercoaster album, it's not just one sound, one beat. There's a lot of up and downs, there's a lot of really personal songs. I think I'm the most honest in this body of work that I've ever been."

However, the topic also took a more serious turn when Madison shared her views on social media, essentially blaming users for the bad impacts of these services by stating that it was their "responsibility" to know what they were getting themselves into.
She followed by stating that it was "very crucial" for social media users to reach a stage of self-acceptance, at which point it should not matter what anyone else is doing.
This is not her first time discussing social media. The 23-year-old has just over 32 million Instagram followers and nearly 18 million TikTok followers. Even though social media contributed to Madison's rise to prominence, she tells Radio 1 Newsbeat that she is considering taking a vacation from the applications. Madison found viral fame and the bad aspects of social media more difficult to manage when she was much younger though.
