There is no stopping Kanye West. After being restricted both in Twitter and Instagram, the controversial rapper has managed to look for another outlet where he could still continue to speak his "truth."
His initial target was the episode of the Maverick Carter and Lebron James-produced show "The Shop: Uninterrupted." Eventually, the episode did not materialize.
Apparently, Kanye West was invited weeks ago for the episode, way before his huge "White Lives Matter" controversy exploded.
The day before the episode will be taped; Carter talked to the rapper directly about the language.
"I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments. Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes," the producer said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.
Carter also elaborated that they have come to a decision not to air the episode with Kanye West or any that contained his statements.
While the show "embraces thoughtful discourse and differing opinions," the show clarified that they have zero tolerance for hate speech of any kind and will not consent to have their channels used to promote hate.
"I take full responsibility for believing Kanye wanted a different conversation and apologize to our guests and crew. Hate speech should never have an audience," he furthered.
The "DONDA" rapper has been widely condemned online recently because of the flurry of controversies he has involved himself in.
Kanye was banned on social media platforms Instagram and Twitter after posting anti-semitic comments, triggering a mountain of backlash and flak from both the Black and Jewish communities.
All of Kanye's controversial statements stemmed from his shocking "White Lives Matter" statement shirts that he had exhibited during the Paris Fashion Week.
West even had the fashion journalism industry going against him after he attacked Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson for blasting his statement shirts online.
The "Pursuit of Happiness" rapper has even managed to burn bridges with Boosie Baddazz, Diddy, Justin Bieber, and John Legend, among many other longtime friends.
Earlier this week, tech publication Motherboard reported that they had exclusively obtained the unedited version of Kanye's interview with Fox's Tucker Carlson, which contained many bizarre, and much more controversial statements against many figures, including the Obamas, Clintons, the Kardashian, and COVID-19 mandates.
