A fashion designer/artist who worked with Beyonce and her team, named Nusi Quero came forward with claims that he has not yet been paid for the work he did for the singer.

He took to Instagram to air out his frustrations with Beyonce's stylist, Marni Senofonte. "As a stylist for B, I really expected the best from you and your team."

"But since you won't [respond] to texts and emails. I supposed this is the final venue I can utilize before legal means to settle your outstanding balances, that you've owed me and my collaborator for about 3 months," he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post.

According to reports, Quero alleged that the team has only paid him a 50 percent deposit for three jobs.

He enumerated the list of projects he worked on, including Beyonce's album cover look, which he labeled as "Look 1," "Look 2," and "Looks 3-41" for an unnamed video.

Quero also added that he had a custom-made outfit 3D printed at last minute for a "video shoot", which he gave at a discounted price.

Beyonce's Camp

Following the accusations, Beyonce's team responded to Quero through a statement shared with ET Online, noting that Quero's "troubling" posts were false and that he has been compensated.

"We have been in communication with his team and there were three payments made to him," the statement read. The statement also elaborated and enumerated all the dates the team allegedly wired the money to the fashion designer. "The first payment was made on May 9, 2022. The second payment, a fifty percent down payment on the agreed cost, was made via wire on July 8, 2022. The third and final payment was returned when he changed his account number."

According to them, the payment was returned due to an invalid account number, adding that it was an "error on his part."

"After persistent and exhausting communication to get the correct information on his account and two unsuccessful wire transfer attempts, a physical check was mailed to him for final payment on September 29, 2022," the statement concluded.

Quero's Check

On Oct. 14, Quero once again took to Instagram to share a picture of a check for $18,425, which was issued on the same day.

In his post, he claimed that the check was a "partial payment of unpaid invoices" for his services rendered in June and July of this year.

He also added, "your harassment of me is disgusting, unwarranted, and doesn't phase me. You don't even know what you're mad at. My art is worth the money I ask for it."

"You're acting like a press release from a billion-dollar company with a PR firm and legal team on a gossip rag like Page Six is the truth. Get f**king real. They didn't even reach out to me for a comment like it says they did."

"You're trying to tear my name down for what? There are real enemies you should be firing at. I literally am just trying to make beautiful things. I can't do that without the money I'm owed for it," he concluded.

As of this writing, Beyonce nor her team has responded to Quero's follow up post regarding the issue.
