Greta Van Fleet Tour POSTPONED: Josh Kiszka’s Medical Condition Revealed

Sad news for Greta Van Fleet fans! The band will be postponing three of their shows as announced on social media; is their frontman Josh Kiszka alright?

Taking to their official Instagram account, the vocalist shared a lengthy statement about their tour's cancelation due to his medical condition.

Three of their upcoming shows in Raleigh, Greenville, and Jacksonville have been canceled, explaining that it had something to do with his ruptured eardrum.

He suffered from the medical condition during their last show in Bangor and doctors advised him to recover as it needs time to fully heal as they initially anticipated.

"I am working closely with my team to ensure I get proper rest in order to finish out the year strong," he went on.

Greta Van Fleet still looks forward to performing in the cities affected by the cancelation, saying they are working hard to reschedule the dates and they will announce it as soon as possible.

Fans who wish to attend the new date could keep their tickets as they would still be valid, but they are also entitled to refund their passes and which will be available at the point of purchase as soon as they announced the new dates.

Later in the post, the frontman revealed that he was "gutted" that he had to cancel their shows and he couldn't express how much he appreciate the outpouring of love and support that his fans give him.

"It's devastating for me to make this announcement, but know it's imperative in order to keep performing," he added. (via Consequence)

Kiszka, whose popularly known for his high notes during live shows, concluded his statement by expressing his gratitude to fans for "sticking by through thick and thin."

Before rupturing his eardrums, Greta Van Fleet was in the middle of their 42-date tour across North America.

Skipping three dates on their scheduled shows, their next performance would be at the Hertz Arena at Estero, Florida, on October 22.

The group will then perform in several venues like the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Tucson Arena in Tucson, and Honda Center in Anaheim, before wrapping up at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on November 11.

Some of the dates will include performances along with Durand Jones & The Indications, Crown Lands, Fruit Bats, Houndmouth, and Robert Finley.
