It's been two years since AC/DC released their album "Power Up" and fans are still waiting for them to drop new songs anytime soon. Recently, Brian Johnson spoke about the matter in an interview, saying he also wants his bandmates to reunite with each other.
Speaking to Billboard, the vocalist said the band is "still a working entity of sorts" even though they haven't played or created a new project together for a while.
Even though he never confirmed that the band was planning any music projects recently, he noted that he would "love to do music again" whether it be collaborating with an artist or with his bandmates, Phil Rudd, Stevie Young, Cliff Williams, and Angus Young, for a live performance.
"I've heard that term 'hell freezes over' a million times before, with people saying, 'I'm not doing that again.' But I'd be up for it. I think everybody hopes to make more music," he added. (via 96.1 The Eagle)
Johnson is busy promoting his memoir recently. Elsewhere in the interview, the singer said he's not interested in AC/DC having a biopic or a movie based on them because he "hates movies about bands."
He noted that his management had rejected offers for a film even though there was one bidder who already wrote a full script.
However, after reading 30 pages of it, he deemed it as "awful", and he immediately knew the other offers would be the same.

Brian Johnson's 'The Lives of Brian' Memoir Remembers Malcolm Young
The singer recently published his memoir titled "The Lives of Brian" where he detailed his experience when his good pal, Malcolm Young, left the group to focus on his health.
Johnson said the heart of the band "stopped beating" upon the former member's exit.
In the book, the musician also noted that he misses the former lead guitarist and he couldn't describe it in words.
In addition, he praised the late legend for his guitar skills as well as for being a good friend to him which music critics don't see outside the industry.
Malcolm Young was diagnosed with lung cancer after the end of AC/DC's "Black Ice World Tour." He was able to recover from the illness as it was detected early.
However, in 2014, the group announced that the guitarist will take a break from touring due to "ill health." At the time, it wasn't revealed what his medical condition was, but it was later reported that he suffered from dementia.
