On Nov. 1, Migos member Takeoff was fatally shot at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas; the rapper was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene-and not long after, fans started to suspect that former Migos member Offset was behind the shooting.
As tributes and heartfelt condolences started pouring in for Takeoff, fans could not help but pay close attention to Offset. After their feud, it seems like he became their primary suspect.
According to reports, Offset paid tribute to his cousin by changing his Instagram profile picture to a picture of Takeoff smiling for the camera, wearing black sunglasses. It also included a little white heart at the corner.
However, much to the fans' dismay, Takeoff also did not say much-or at all-about his former co-member's death. This is the first time the rapper publicly addressed Takeoff's death.
Clearly, he was not ready to openly talk about his cousin's death, especially after their famous Migos feud, which has been going on for several months now.

The Feud
Migos used to be a three-membered group, which consisted of Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset. They rose to prominence following the release of their breakout single "Versace" in 2013.
And while the split was never confirmed, it was sort of just an understanding among fans.
Offset began working on solo music, and announced that he will drop his second solo studio album on Nov. 11.
Meanwhile, Quavo and Takeoff worked on their own projects. They released several songs as a duo, rebranding themselves as Unc and Phew.
They released their first song "Hotel Lobby," which caused some fans to raise their eyebrows, wondering why the third Migos member was absent from the song.
Following that release, several other releases were made, including their first-ever-and probably last- Unc and Phew album, "Only Built for Infinity Links."
The Shooting
Several videos from the scene have been posted on social media, and have been circulating. However, it can be noted that Offset was not present in the vicinity.
According to reports, Quavo and Takeoff were at the private bowling alley to party. While an altercation occurred, shots were fired around 2:35 a.m., and one of the bullets hit the now-deceased rapper.
Updates on the incident share another angle of the shooting, which showed a man dressed in black, holding a handgun.
There are no reports that note that Offset was involved in the incident.
Prior to full reports about the shooting and Offset's tribute, netizens went on Twitter to share their suspicions of his involvement.
Meanwhile, some pointed out that the rapper's death must be terrible for Offset, who was not openly on good terms with either of the remaining Migos members.
A fan also criticized others for demanding Offset to address the death of his cousin, "Plz stop sharing videos & pics from #takeoff murder scene!! It's disgusting, inhumane, disrespectful af to his loved ones! Also, why do ppl think that Cardi, Quevo & Offset need to speak? They don't owe none of us a damn thing & everyone with a ️(heart emoji) needs to respect their privacy. [sic]
