Jisoo and Camila Cabello sang "Liar" as a duet during BLACKPINK's final North American concert.
The K-Pop girl group, which also consists of Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, concluded the US leg of their "Born Pink" world tour in spectacular fashion on Sunday (20.11.22) at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles by bringing out the former Fifth Harmony star to perform the track from Camila's album "Romance."
The "Don't Go Yet" artist took the stage wearing a special "Born Pink" attire.
Jennie also sang a previously recorded solo song, the name of which is unknown at this time.
Before travelling to Europe, the "Sour Candy" hitmakers will perform at The O2 in London on November 30 and December 1. In 2023, the band will go to Australia, Singapore, and Thailand.
BLACKPINK has worked with some of the biggest names in music, such as Cardi B, Selena Gomez, and Lady Gaga.
Selena previously stated that the success of "Ice Cream" was due to the fact that her and BLACKPINK's "different styles matched together flawlessly."
Despite some language barriers, their diverse styles, together with their vitality, actually make them an ideal match. She revealed that she had a joy working on the song with the BLACKPINK members because they were extremely hospitable.
BLACKPINK formerly touted the procedure as "extremely natural" and claimed they always knew Selena would "fit in immediately."
After the show, Jisoo posted images of the duo and their collaborative performance on Instagram. She said in the caption, "It was so much fun singing with you @camila_cabello! Thank you for making my stage shine even brighter! P.S. Your outfit made out of our tour merch was SO cute!"
The recent BLACKPINK concert in Los Angeles was attended by several celebrities, including Jung Ho Yeon, Lily-Rose Depp, Rachel Sennott, and Amelia Kring. The upcoming European leg of BLACKPINK's world tour will begin in the United Kingdom at the end of November, following the conclusion of their North American performances.
Lisa, Jisoo, Rose, and Jennie kicked out their Born Pink tour in the United States and have already played in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Newark, and Los Angeles.
