Born Rakim Hasheem Allen on Dec. 9, 1991, PnB Rock hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to a Muslim family.
He was practically raised by his mother as his father passed away when he was three years old. PnB Rock's early influences involved 2Pac and Jodeci. Growing up, PnB rock was an embattled youngster, he was even sent to a youth detention program for committing robberies and fighting in school.
He was also sentenced to 33 months in prison because of drug charges, among others.
Her girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, was thankfully alive after the gruesome murder of PnB Rock last September 2022 at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Los Angeles.
"My man saved my life, throwing me under that table. I'm not supposed to be here but bc of him. I am. No one would be able to handle this," Sibounheuang said in a video tribute of his late partner.
PnB Rock Cause of Death
According to People Magazine, PnB Rock's cause of death was officially ruled out as homicide.
Last Sep. 12, 2022, PnB Rock was fatally gunned down by a robber while eating lunchg with Sibounheuang at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Times said that it was likely that an Instagram post of the slain rapper is what alerted the assailant of his possible location.
"[Allen] was with his family - with his girlfriend or some kind of friend of his - and as they're there, enjoying a simple meal, [he] was brutally attacked by an individual who apparently [came] to the location after a social media posting," the Los Angeles Police District said to the outlet.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, PnB Rock is estimated to be $3 million. This is attributed to the success of his two albums, "Catch These Vibes," and "TrapStar Turnt PopStar," which the latter reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 charts.
PnB Rock gained popularity on his 2016 hit "Selfish," which soared to No. 51 at the Billboard Hot 100 charts at the time.

Supposedly, PnB Rock is set to appear on A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie's upcoming new album. However, because of his tragic murder, Boogie has not finished his album with his longtime collaborator.
But despite this, Boogie will be releasing their recorded song together, "Me Vs. Myself," a posthumous record, on the former's deluxe version of his album.
"When it comes to PnB Rock too, that was a big one right there, that was the end of my album," Boogie said in a statement. "I didn't expect that right there. I had to put him on the album at the same time as not making it. I don't like to do that when it comes to people passing away, putting [out] their music. It feels like a weird tension towards that. I separated his song from my album and I'm dropping it solo as a deluxe."
