It's been more than 24 hours since SZA released her highly-anticipated record "S.O.S." and it appears like most of her fans have already listened to the 23-song tracklist of her latest project as many of them took to social media to rejoice.

It took the R&B star five years to drop her latest album that's why her fans are currently over the moon based on their posts on social media ranging from memes to heartfelt comments about the release.

One fan noted that the singer's songs are special because they sound like she's singing it directly to your conscience, adding, "In your head, talking about your experiences with specific language - almost like diary entries. She gets personal with us and that's why we clamor for new material. It's worth the wait."

Another fan seemingly related to the album took online to share that they have been listening to the singer for hours and it needs to be put down because they're planning on "drinking later tonight."

"It was well worth the 5 year wait for this SZA album. Each song hittin," another fan wrote.

Could 'S.O.S.' Be SZA's Last Album?

As fans continue to rejoice for the new album, some supporters were bothered after NME released their review of the album, revealing that "S.O.S." could be the singer's last record.

"The US star's first album in five years - and her last ever, she says - is sprawling, superb and rarely puts a foot wrong," the outlet noted along with 5/5 stars.

The information came from a 2020 interview with Flaunt where SZA said she was making the best album of her life, but came with a suspense quote, saying, "Because it's going to be my last album."

As of this writing, the R&B star has yet to confirm again whether this would be the final project of her career or not.

Regarding her next career move after the release of her new album, SZA told Grazia USA that she's "never talking or coming outside again," but rather, she wanted to focus on speaking and doing things "through my art only."

The singer's new record "S.O.S." is currently available for purchase and streaming on major music platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

The 23-song tracklist features collaborations with Travis Scott, Phoebe Bridgers, Don Toliver, and Dirty 'Ol Bastard.
