Rosalia announced that one of her crowd-favorite songs, "Despecha" will be receiving a remix treatment, with a twist, which left fans scrambling and guessing who the Latina singer will feature.
A day before the release of the remix version of her Latin Airplay chart-topping song, Rosalia tweeted, enthusiastically, "MOTOMAMI$$$ MAÑANA DESPECHá REMIXXXXXXXXXXXX con quien crees que es????¿" which translates to "Motomami, 'Despecha' Remix tomorrow. Who do you think it is?"
Replied poured in as fans started speculating who Rosalia invited to feature on her well-loved song. Meanwhile, Cardi B was seen tweeting, posting "tomorrow" which only further fueled the rumors that the "Bodak Yellow" rapper might be making an appearance on the song.
Sure enough, Rosalia revealed to fans that Cardi B will indeed be part of the remix just a day later, as she tweeted: "tonight at midnight with la Cardi."

'Despecha'
According to Billboard, the "Despecha" remix will drop on Dec. 16 at midnight, and as of this writing, the song and accompanying video are now out.
While both artists seem to be really happy with the remix released, and some fans echoed their sentiments.
"It sound good," a fan wrote.
"Cardi killed it. It's so good," another added.
However, most fans did not like the collab remix, and they took to Twitter to share exactly what they thought about Cardi B jumping on the song. "The song is so good it doesn't need a feature," a fan wrote.

"Despecha" comes from Rosalia's album "Motomami," and was released back in July.
According to reports, the singer explained the meaning behind the song, as it explored experiences one goes through during and after love.
"There are many ways to be Despechá, in this theme it is from the freeness or the craziness, moving without reservations or regrets," the Latina singer said.
"Despecha" gained traction not only among Latin music listeners, and it became her first No. 1 song as a soloist. The song became her first No. 1 song on the Billboard Tropical Airplay, and was overall well-received commercially.
Rosalia, born Rosalia Vila Tobella, was born and raised in the outskirts of Barcelona, and began studying music at a young age.
She signed with Universal Music in 2017 and then relocated to California afterward. She has gained prominence and was even nominated for best new artist at the 2017 Latin Grammy Awards.
During the 2022 Latin Grammy Awards, she bagged three awards for "Motomami," including album of the year, best alternative music album, and best recording package.
