SZA's "SOS" is one of the biggest albums ever to debut this year, and fans are thrilled with how many tracks were included in the highly-anticipated project.

Three artists made it to the cut of the final project - Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, Travis Scott, and Dirty Ol' Bastard.

While some fans are elated with the idea that the newly awaited project has finally arrived after many pushbacks, other SZA fans were heartbroken after not seeing a couple of artists who were actually reported to be included on the new SZA album.

Doja Cat was one of the most talked about missing artists on the album. At the 2022 Mad Cool Festival, SZA teased that another collaboration between the two of them will happen on the new project.

"Want to know a secret? You all want to know who's on this song? It'll be like our secret, right?" SZA said at the time. "The hint is we already have a song together. Her name starts with a 'D' and it rhymes with Soulja."

Supposedly, Doja Cat is going to be a featured artist on "Shirt." In a recent interview, SZA said that Doja did not manage to submit her part because she underwent tonsil surgery.

Another artist that fans are gutted not to see is Frank Ocean on the project. Unlike SZA, Frank hasn't released any album since "Blonde" in 2016, the same year that Solana released "Ctrl."

Frank Ocean was rumored to appear on the new album, specifically on "Good Days," which was released last 2020.

However, a controversial list of artists' names went viral on social media, featuring the artists who allegedly "ghosted" SZA on her album.

In an interview, SZA actually gave her piece of mind about the missing people in her album.

"A lot of people just like did not turn in their verses, but I'm grateful for who did," she said. "But also, in the same token, it's like, 'Damn this sucks, I really needed you. I wish you showed up for me'," she said. "But I'm sure they felt the same way for me."

Among the names were Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Drake, Finneas, Frank Ocean, Halsey, Harry Styles, Kacey Musgraves, Kendrick Lamar, Olivia Rodrigo, Rosalía, and Tyler, The Creator, among many others.

Fans were shocked by how many people were missing; however, some remain hopeful that these people would actually show up on "SOS (Deluxe Version)."
