Matty Healy has been doing bizarre things over the past few weeks on The 1975's tour including kissing fans and eating raw meat on stage. More recently, the musician did another unusual thing in front of thousands of concertgoers.

According to Rolling Stone, the Manchester-based band performed at the MegaCorp Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky. At one point in the show, the frontman took a break to get a tattoo.

Other band members went offstage then dramatic music started playing. A tattoo artist wearing a doctor's uniform then went up on stage to do the singer's tattoo.

"I'm a man," the tattoo reads.

The recent "art performance" received mixed reactions from users online, with some people being excited, while others find the recent move "disturbing."

"The attention this dude seeks is so disturbing," one wrote.

"Attention seeker .. try do music worth listening next time .. That would be groundbreaking," another one wrote.

"I'm so f****** sick of this guy. I don't get why people worship at the altar of the 1975. I've given their music many chances and the accolades just don't make any sense," one expressed.

As of this writing, Healy has not publicly responded to the negative comments he'd been receiving.

Not The First Time Matty Healy Did Something Bizarre on Stage

In early reports, The 1975 performed at Madison Square Garden in New York City as part of their "At Their Very Best" tour across North America.

During that show, a man wearing a white coat gave the frontman a plate of raw meat and many fans were shocked when he started eating it. (via Parade)

After munching on the steak, the singer worked out on stage by doing some push-ups and climbing through a big TV which is a part of their stage props.

Like his recent antics, his performance last month also amassed negative comments from online critics as many of them are confused and shocked by his actions.

In addition to the issues mentioned above, many fans were also concerned over Healy's actions when it comes to interacting with fans as he kissed a concertgoer during their show in Las Vegas, Nevada, even though it appeared to be consensual.

Before kissing the fan, the frontman double-checked the woman's ID to make sure she was not a minor, then proceeded to ask her twice if she was ready for her "first kiss."
