It's been almost half a year since Beyoncé released her groundbreaking comeback album "Renaissance" and many fans have been complaining that the singer is not doing anything after dropping the record.
Taking to their Twitter account, a fan by the username @virgosgrooviest aired out their frustration after the singer came back with a solo album after six years but did nothing over the past six months.
"Fans are disappointed and I really get it. How are you the biggest singer in the planet, releasing a whole new album after 6 years and doing NOTHING for 6 months," they wrote.
The fan account then pointed out that Beyoncé has not appeared in any interviews to explain how the album came to be, not performing any new songs, and not even releasing a music video.
In the thread, the fan noted that they have been "really hyped" about the "Renaissance" era until November, but she's complaining now because the singer didn't do anything.
"I think we the fans deserve better treatment not just from her but her team too, who are the ones planning all of this alongside her. It's just not making any sense to me anymore," they added.
The user amassed mixed reactions from Beyoncé's fandom, popularly known as the Bey Hive, as some of them agreed with the sentiments while others defended the pop star.
One fan noted that the "Alien Superstar" hitmaker doesn't need an "excuse" or owe her fans anything.
Another user also defended the singer, saying fans shouldn't rush her because she's a "perfectionist" and doesn't have to do anything for her supporters.
"She doesn't owe anyone anything lol u got a album. Be happy til tour comes," one expressed.
As of this writing, Beyoncé has not responded to the recent comments she'd been getting.
The "Cuff It" songstress has also not announced any tour, music video, or performances in the near future.
Beyoncé's 'Club Renaissance' Parties
Even though Beyoncé has not been touring, she hosted several parties called "Club Renaissance" in honor of her latest album.
The most recent one was held in Los Angeles in partnership with Parkwood Entertainment and Amazon Music.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, fans have gathered outside an unmarked warehouse space in the city for the two-night event.
Even though no theme was announced, people who attended the event wore their best-1970s-inspired outfits. There were also celebrities who were spotted at the party including Lori Harvey, Kenya Barris, Victoria Monét, Lucky Daye, and Syd.
The event was free and tickets immediately sold out from Beyoncé's website after 20 minutes.
Previous Club Renaissance parties were held in New York, Paris, and Berlin, but the singer only attended the French city's event.
