Vince Neil Health Condition: Mötley Crüe Vocalist Pulls Out From RokIsland Festival Due to THIS

Bad news for Motley Crue fans! Vince Neil will not be performing at the highly-anticipated RokIsland Festival after he was diagnosed with a medical condition; how is he doing today?

Taking to the festival's official Facebook account, the musician issued a statement, confirming that he tested positive for COVID-19, forcing him to pull out from the event.

Regarding the state of his health today, the rocker noted that he's "okay" but the virus is "really kickin' my ass."

"All that being said, I am unable to perform at RokIsland Fest next week. I would like to extend my sincerest apologies to the RokIsland Fest organizers and most of all my friends and fans," he said. (via Metal Sucks)

Concluding his statement, the vocalist expressed his apologies to fans, saying he was disappointed because he was looking forward to playing at the show.

"In closing, I wish all the attendees of RokIsland Fest 2023 a fun and exciting time with all the other amazing acts," he added.

Aside from Neil, Wig Wam also pulled out from the official set list, but both of them were replaced by Lynch Mob and Slaughter.

RokIsland Festival will be held in Key West, Florida, from January 17 (kick-off party) to January 21.

Musical acts include Enuff Z'Nuff, Pretty Boy Floyd, Jetboy, Loverboy, Honeymoon Suite, Helix, Steven Adler, Lynch Mob, Slaughter, Quiet Riot, Tesla, Queensryche, Stephen Pearcy, and many more.

For fans who are interested in attending the festival, tickets, and passes are available on RokIsland's official website.

However, their Diamond Pass, which is priced at $999 and considered the biggest tier out of all passes, has been sold out.

The following tier, Sapphire Pass, costs $799 and includes a 5-Day VIP wristband and lanyard, entry to all venues including the kick-off party, a VIP party, and many more.

Other packages are the Pearl Pass ($499) and Single Day Passes (from $99 to $149).

In other updates, Motley Crue will return to touring this year which includes shows on February 10 and 11 at the Hard Rock Live at Etess arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The scheduled shows would be the first time the band will perform with their new guitarist, John 5.
