Britney Spears' current status leaves everyone in her inner circle feeling extremely worried about her.

After a series of worrying posts and showing concerning behaviors, Spears' family and friends started thinking she might die if she failed to receive the help she needed amid a difficult time.

Sources told People and Radar Online revealed that the singer's pals planned an intervention for her. However, it was canceled at the last minute.

While the 41-year-old "Oops!... I Did It Again" hitmaker met with a doctor on Wednesday night, it remains unknown what steps she should take next to help herself in her personal battles.

"Britney has been acting increasingly erratically and those around her have grown more concerned," an insider said. "She is often up all night, sleeps during [the] day and has a lot of anger."

Her friends described her current situation as something "very difficult" and "absolutely chaotic." Thus, they encouraged her to seek help. They added that the "...Baby One More Time" singer "has been going through a lot and has been increasingly combative."

Her husband, Sam Asghari, ensures she receives support from him.

Meanwhile, another insider claimed Spears is struggling because of her substance abuse and mental health. One of her pals told a news outlet how much they feared she might die.

Another claimed the pop star has been taking medicine that hypes her up. Unfortunately, she has issues taking other medicines consistently to help herself stabilize.

Britney Spears Showing Bizarre Behavior?

Spears' friends planned the intervention following the incidents involving the singer and her potential self-harm.

In January, her fans called the cops and asked them to visit her to see if she was in danger. Unnamed law enforcement sources confirmed the development, saying that the stations received calls asking them to check on her after she deleted her Instagram account.

Spears already has a long history of deleting her account, but fans saw it as a sign she might be in trouble.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office then visited her and confirmed she was doing okay.

She also reportedly suffered a manic meltdown while having dinner with Asghari in the Woodland Hills area. Videos taken from the scene showed her hiding her face behind the menu before getting triggered and starting to yell.

At some point, Asghari was seen leaving her.

The couple had since explained what happened, saying that it only happened because people kept on filming them.
