Rihanna has been making headlines over the past 24 hours after her iconic performance at this year's Super Bowl Halftime Show and many of her fans and peers have shared their reactions online and expressed how happy they were for the pop star.

More recently, it appears that one of the most significant people in her life, her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, has seemingly reacted to her show as he shared a random post on social media.

According to Parade, Rihanna instantly became a trending topic online during and after her headlining set as it was her first performance after years of not singing live on stage.

Amid the fan reactions swirling around the internet, Chris Brown seemingly reacted by taking to his Instagram stories to write, "GO GIRL," along with red heart and praying hands emojis.

Although the rapper didn't exactly name his ex-lover, many fans speculated that his lowkey message was dedicated for the Billionaire singer, with one user writing, "Chris brown saying go girl to Rihanna toxic N**** energy."

"justin bieber fans saying that chris brown has no right to congratulate rihanna and they are right, but i just remind them that their idol minimized what that man did to riri and said that it was just a 'mistake,'" another fan wrote, translated to English.

As of this writing, Chris Brown has yet to confirm whether his message was for Rihanna or not.

According to UsWeekly Magazine "Intoxicated" hitmaker pleaded guilty and served five years of probation. In addition, he also had six months of community service and underwent domestic violence counseling for a year.

Even though they had a rocky relationship in the late 2000s, they briefly reunited in 2012, only to break up for the second time a few months after.
