Lil Nas X seemed to be unbothered by the fact that he was sued along with a group of other partygoers for thrashing a Hollywood Hills mansion in California after inviting more than a thousand people.

The landlord, named Daniel Fitzgerald, in a now-obtained TMZ document, claimed that he had explicitly told Lil Nas X, and the others who rented the four-storey mansion, that parties weren't allowed to be held on the premises.

Lil Nas X Sued For A Thrashing Party

Apart from Lil Nas X, musician Zedd was also among the defending party who will be sued for ravaging the million-dollar estate.

Fitzgerald is seeking a total of $1,000,000 for punitive and compensatory damages made to the estate by Lil Nas X and Zedd's party.

He also claimed to have lost $40,000 in rent due to the time lost because of the renovations done to fix the damages, and $25,000 were spent just to repair and replace the damages made to the furniture.

According to HiphopDX, despite the warning that Fitzgerald issued to the renting party, it did not stop them from inviting a huge crowd to the venue, which ended up in large-scale damage to the house.

The party took place last April 2022, but the million-dollar lawsuit was only introduced this month.

Fitzgerald also pointed out that while the two artists were paid $250,000 each for a performance at the party they also hosted, he was left with a truckload of renovations and a million-dollar worth of damages on his estate.

Meanwhile, Lil Nas X seemed to be unbothered by what happened and the sheer scale of the lawsuit. He was spotted along with Ice Spice on Coach's New York Fashion Week Runway show.

Lil Nas X had been busy posting about Valentine's Day on his Twitter account, posting photos of him in her furry red and denim outfit for Coach's New York Fashion Week.

"i hope all my exes have a blessed valentine's day! i miss y'all!" he also said in a Tweet.

As of this writing, neither Lil Nas X, Zedd, nor the defending party has responded to the hefty lawsuit filed by Daniel Fitzgerald. It is expected that in the coming days that either one of the camps will speak out about it.
