Taylor Swift and "Grey's Anatomy" have always been a perfect fit for one another.

Besides Taylor being an avid "Grey's Anatomy" fan by naming her cat after Ellen Pompeo's character, Meredith Grey, the cast of the award-winning show has also shown love to Swift many times in the past.

At one point in the show, they featured Taylor Swift's 2008 song "White Horse" in the two-part fifth season premiere of the show "Dream a Little Dream of Me."

Now, in a recent TikTok video posted by one of the main stars of the show, Camilla Luddington, who has publicly shared how big of a Swiftie she is, recruited some of the cast members in a Valentine's Day video.

Luddington, who plays OB resident, Dr. Jo Wilson, recruited Chris Carmack, who plays orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Atticus Lincoln, to lipsyncing their favorite Taylor Swift songs for hearts day.

Luddington and Carmack sang to one of Taylor Swift's newest songs, "You're On Your Own Kid," which is somehow a reflection of their character's best friends to lovers relationship.

Meanwhile, Kim Raver, who plays cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Teddy Altman-Hunt, was in another video with his on-screen husband, trauma surgeon, Dr. Owen Hunt , as they sang to Taylor Swift's "You Need To Calm Down." The song suits perfectly well as it mirrors the couple's current conflict on the show, which many believe to be heading toward a divorce.

"Grey's Anatomy" returns on Feb. 23, 2023, which marks Ellen Pompeo's character Meredith Grey's second to the last episode for the whole season. Grey is heading toward Boston, Massachusetts, where she will embark on the study of Alzheimer's Disease, which has been funded by recurring guest star Jesse Williams, who plays plastic surgeon, Dr. Jackson Avery.

Pompeo is one of the last three remaining original cast members who started on the first season of "Grey's Anatomy" in 2005. She leaves Chandra Wilson and James Pickens Jr as the only two remaining doctors from the first seasons. She is reported to leave the show after 19 seasons but will still serve as an executive producer of the show after appearing one last time in the current season's finale episode.

Pompeo and Swift have had a close relationship in the past. Pompeo notably appeared in Taylor Swift's star-studded music video "Bad Blood" along with other stars like Zendaya, Hayley Williams, Selena Gomez, Hailee Steinfeld, Ellie Goulding, Gigi Hadid, and even Karlie Kloss, among many others.
