The music bug will surely be stuck on anyone, infecting them with a Last Song Syndrome because of the catchy hit.
Now, after another full tracking week, the song vaulted from No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts to No. 4, making a ten-spot leap on the coveted charts.
Because of this feat, both Ice Spice and PinkPantheress sealed their first time at the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10.

Released on Feb. 3, 2023, Ice Spice and PinkPantheress' trending hit has already amassed 31.1 million streams on all streaming platforms, which gives them a 54% boost since last week.
With regards to radio, the duo is also performing very well as they racked up 2.1 million airplay radio impressions, also a 258% increase, with a thousand digital sales, Luminate reports.
The publication also reported that "Boys Are Liar Pt. 2" is the first duet by two acts who first made a Top 10 ranking since "Sunroof" ranked in September 2022.
This is an incredible feat for the duo as they became the first Top 10 gainer in two weeks or less since "Calling My Phone" by Lil Tjay and 6Lack in February 2021.

According to Hit Songs Deconstructed, the "strategic" pairing of Ice Spice and PinkPantheress in the recent track, both burgeoning acts on rap and pop, are a perfect amalgamation of the song's strengths and hot the charts align with the current trends of - lofi bedroom production and Jersey club beat.
More so, the "super catchy and repetitive hook structure" is to be lauded because of its familiarity and relatability, coupled with the lyrics and tempo of the song.

SZA's "Kill Bill" is mighty at No. 2, while Metro Boomin, The Weeknd, and 21 Savage's "Creepin' return back to their peak at No. 3, exchanging with Morgan Wallen's "Last Night" at No. 5.
"Unholy" dips to No. 6, "Die For You" is at No. 7, "Anti-Hero" drops to No. 8, while "Cuff It" drops to No. 9, with "I'm Feeling Good (Blue)" closes the No. 10.
