Over the past few months, many fans have been complaining about how expensive ticket prices could be for their favorite artist's concerts. Artists like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé have been the center of discussion as many online users deem their tickets too expensive.
More recently, it appears that Drake will also amass the same attention from social media as tickets for his upcoming shows with 21 Savage reportedly costs thousands of dollars.
According to Uproxx, the duo announced their "It's All A Blur Tour" recently and many users rejoiced as Drake would return to touring again. The first set of dates featured cities across Canada and the United States and it will kick off in June.
However, fans immediately took to social media to express their disappointment over how expensive the tickets could be.
"Lmao these Drake tickets $1000 I'm gonna just never go to a concert ever again," one wrote, while another fan expressed, "the drake concert tickets are mad expensive and they're just on presale- DAMN gonna check during public on sale to see if they're lower but i doubt it."
"I knew them Drake tickets was gon be expensive lmao idk why everyone acting shocked," one wrote.
Some users are putting the blame on Ticketmaster as they noted how big the service fee is, with one fan sharing the screenshot, showing that the fee costs $263.55 per person.
Not all users were disappointed as some of them noted that it was worth it to buy passes for the two rappers' concert.
"i'm really not mad at how much i spent on drake tickets bc lord knows how long i've been waiting to see this man!!!" one wrote.
As of this writing, Drake, 21 Savage, and Ticketmaster have yet to publicly respond about fans' concerns.
