What to Expect on Peter Gabriel's Tour
In a recent interview with Yahoo!, the singer revealed fans will witness something that the musician had been cultivating for the past five decades. (via Ultimate Classic Rock)
The stage show will involve life-sign readings from artists, like their music, body, and their brain, which will all be used to control lights and projections on the screen.
Regarding the rise of technology in today's industry, Gabriel isn't intimidated by artificial intelligence as he wanted to use them instead of being against them.
"We might as well just grab the algorithms and dance with them, rather than fight them," he said.
However, he's aware that the immediate rise of AI can take over anyone's job, including his, but since it's a powerful tool that could do "extraordinary things," it could "perhaps" protect our future.
