Saweetie has collaborated with some of the biggest stars in the music industry like Jhené Aiko, Doja Cat, Little Mix, and many more, but the female rapper is far from giving up on her dream featured artist; are they releasing a song together soon?

Speaking in a recent interview with Metro UK published earlier this week, the musician gave fans an update regarding her record, saying she's focused on her craft at the moment and she's going to release some treatments, direct with some directors for her upcoming music videos.

Regarding her dream collaboration, the "Back to the Streets" rapstress, whose real name is Diamonté Quiava Valentin Harper, said she wanted to team up with Rihanna for a dance record.

"I definitely want to work with Rihanna. [Super Bowl LVII] wasn't even a game. It was the Rihanna concert. [We would] release a dance record to get the party going," she said. (via Uproxx)

Aside from music, the hip-hop star is also hoping to venture out into the world of film and television as she wanted to be a supervillain in the DC movies.

"I dressed up as Harley Quinn, I believe Mystique is Marvel but I also dressed up as Mystique - I love getting into character and dressing up," she added.

As of this writing, neither Rihanna nor Saweetie has confirmed if they're going to collaborate on a song together in the near future.

Saweetie Called Out by Lil Nas X Fans

In other updates, the rapper was called out by Lil Nas X fans after liking a certain tweet that criticized the latter for his "forced femininity."

It all began when a fan shared a video of the "MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)" singer's performance at the Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chile where he can be seen dancing with his backup dancers.

"I feel like he's not really gay or not really that feminine it's so forced," the user wrote.

Saweetie reportedly liked the video and many fans deem it as "shady." However, she took to the social media platform to clarify the issue, saying she liked the post because she thought Lil Nas X was "fine" and was not able to grasp the negative context of the tweet.

The rapper appeared to have no bad blood with the female musician as he dropped two blue hearts emoji in the reply section.

Lil Nas X Gushes Over Saweetie

Days after the Twitter encounter, a video of Saweetie made rounds online showing her admiring the musician, confirming that he is her celebrity crush because "he is so fine" and looks better than her.

Lil Nas X then quote-retweeted the post and shares his thoughts about the matter, joking that he's bidding goodbye to the LGBT community after a "good run."
