Per Holland, he claimed that the rap icon showed up in his own neighborhood with men in SUVs and vans, searching and looking for a person named "Ghost."
Upon finding out his location, he alleged that 50 Cent had stared him down and stood intimidatingly on his very own driveway. Holland said that he was forced to arm himself following the traumatizing encounter. When he asked why they were in the area, the men who came with 50 Cent prevented him from confronting the Grammy-winning artist.

In 2021, Holland alleged that the Kemp and the 50-Cent co-produced show "Power Book II: Ghost" airing on Starz Network under Lionsgate was "based on his likeness," Uproxx reported.
This was because Kemp got a hold of his cd "Blasphemy," which Holland claims that he originally gave to Kemp's father in 2007.
Since 50 Cent's camp has never responded to the issue, the court ordered all parties to settle through mediation. The said mediation will be taking place on May 9, 2023.
