Becky G Boyfriend Breaks Silence Amid Cheating Allegations Months After Engagement

Becky G's Boyfriend, Sebastian Lletget, has finally broken his silence after weeks of speculation arose that he has been cheating on his fiancee.

The soccer superstar issued a lengthy apology note on Instagram, owning his faults and shedding light on the trauma he has experienced that led to him committing the act.

According to Lletget, he had a "10 minute lapse in judgement" that prompted him to commit adultery while being engaged to the Latina superstar.

"Over the last several weeks, during a moment I regret deeply, a 10 minute lapse in judgment resulted in an extortion plot. Since this person did not get what they wanted it has now become a public social media spectacle filled with more lies than any truth and false posts aimed at the love of my life, the one person who I should never take for granted or put at risk," Lletget elaborated.

Lletget said that the "anonymous internet stalker," whom he confessed to having never met, contrary to its initial claims, has been his loudest "wake-up call."

In the same lengthy post, Lletget also revealed that he had "deeply rooted anger" and a bout of "mental health issues," which moved him to go to therapy.

For him, if he aspires to be the man he wants to be, he has to "do better" and commit himself to a "wellness program" so that he can work on the parts of him that need "deep" healing.

"To Becky, you have been the light in my life, my strength, who has always shown me unconditional love. Instead of honoring that love every day, I have done the opposite, hurting you, and disrespecting the one person I love more than anything. I am so sorry and know I have to do whatever it takes to earn back the trust and love you deserve," he furthered.

Becky G and Sebastian Lletget have been dating since 2016. Lletget finally bent one knee on their "spot" last Dec. 9, 2022.

The last time the two were spotted together was during the Oscars 2023 Vanity Fair After Party, where the two posed lovingly and goofily in front of the cameras.

As of this writing, Becky G has been mum on the issue and has not yet addressed the issue in any way.
