Chloe Bailey is making rounds everywhere after she released her newest album, "In Pieces." But did you know that before everyone had listened to it, Queen B had the chance to, first?
That's right! Chloe Bailey's "In Pieces" had to go through Beyonce's strict quality control before hitting streaming platforms.
Chloe Bailey New Album 'In Pieces' Curated By Beyonce?
While at the red carpet premiere of her newest movie, "Praise This," Chloe Bailey stopped by Entertainment Tonight for a quick chat.
Revealing that Beyonce gave her notes for her newest album, Bailey said that the most sought-after artist in the world provided her constructive criticism as a mentor.
"Yes, I know she listened to the album," she revealed. "She gave me notes on it before I released it."
Beyonce and Chloe Bailey have been good friends for a while already, stemming back to when the Grammy-winning artist discovered them back in 2015.
"I love her so much. Dearly, dearly, and I'm so grateful to her for everything," she continued to gush about Beyonce.
Beyonce signed Chloe and "Little Mermaid" star Halle Bailey to Parkwood Entertainment Management Company and even served as the sister-duo's mentor when it comes to music and threading the life in entertainment.
Chloe Bailey' Praise This' Mirrors Her Own Music Journey
Speaking more to Entertainment Tonight, Bailey, like everyone else on the young cast, was happy that the movie was finally out.
"I was so nervous, and now I just feel at peace," she explained. "I'm so happy it's out. I got to say everything I wanted to say, and I hope people get an insight more into who Chloë is."
Elsewhere, she also elaborated on her character Sam, who is an aspiring star who joined an underdog Atlanta choir praise team and eventually made it into the National competitions. She admitted that the role she had in the Peacock Original musical comedy film "Praise This" was something that mirrors her own path to musical stardom.
"Her ambition, her drive, her persistence-she's willing to do anything to make her dreams come true, which I think we all can relate to," Bailey said.
Thanking God for the outpour of blessings, Bailey said that she has been reminding herself to "stay present" and "stay in the moment."
