Aaron Carter's house is back on the market.
This comes five months after his death was discovered in the bathtub of his Lancaster, California house, which has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The estate of the "I Want Candy" singer is attempting to gain a large sum for the mansion, which is offered for $850,000 - $50,000 higher than the asking price before Aaron Carter's death.
The former child star bought the 4,131-square-foot property in 2020 and put it on the market a couple more times before his untimely and unexpected demise.
If the sale goes through, the proceeds would go immediately into his estate and a trust fund for Prince, his one-year-old son with on-again, off-again fiancée Melanie Martin.
The restroom where his corpse was discovered dead in November 2022 is being refurbished, according to TMZ. Despite the unfinished refurbishment, the listing agent displays the house and is convinced that it will be safe shortly.
Aaron Carter was discovered dead in his bathtub at home. Police claimed they discovered compressed air cans and prescription medicines at the site.
According to sources, his body had been in the bathtub for quite some time. They even claimed that there was a decomposing smell and that the water had acquired an odd tint.
Aaron's mother recently posted photos of the death scene as well.
The "I'm All About You" singer struggled with drugs throughout his life, and the latest findings indicate that huffing may have also contributed to his death.
His family, however, insisted that he died of an overdose rather than drowning in the bathtub. Some of his family feel he was killed.
The toxicological findings for Aaron Carter are still waiting.
Aaron Carter Tried To Sell His House Before Death
Aaron Carter tried to sell his $800,000 home days before his death.
He tweeted during that time, "Selling my 2nd home. Real estate has been super good to me. Ready for a new chapter in my 3rd home which I plan on staying to make a beautiful life for my family."
Aside from the seven bedrooms and the four bathrooms, the mansion has a custom-made outdoor swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.
Pictures in the advertisement at the time also showed a grand piano, a huge flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, and a jacuzzi bath.
