It has been rumored that Joe Alwyn has allegedly revealed the news of his and singer-songwriter Taylor Swift's supposed to break up.
Both stars have yet to give an official statement confirming their split, but there have been speculations that they have mutually chosen to end their romance.
According to a source who spoke to the "Deux/U" podcast (via AceShowbiz), "Joe's been getting more and more withdrawn leading up to the start of the tour and the start of his going off to film."
"It's been bumpy in the lead-up to the tour so then Taylor brought it up to a head and was like, 'do we need to address this?"
The famous British actor reportedly told the popular "Never Getting Back Together" singer that it would be beneficial to take a break and use "The Eras" tour as a chance to pause, reflect and evaluate how they were feeling at its conclusion.
The source further said that the Grammy award-winning singer accepted this suggestion as she was sure that he'd miss her immensely while they were apart, leading them back together in the end.
Unfortunately, the situation did not play out in the blonde bombshell's favor.
The source added, "Not only was he comfortable with being distanced and having space but she is firmly convinced it was him who spread the news around."
